The tennis pro focuses on anti-inflammatory foods to help her cope with joint issues.
The Williams Sisters are also avid juicers; and Venus regularly enjoys wheat grass shots at the popular juice/smoothie chain Jamba Juice.
Wheat grass juice is an amazing detoxifier, but should be consumed with an additional drink that can help push those impurities out of the bloodstream (coconut water, for example).
